Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with Lumiere Hotel ('The Hotel') that the reservation (details of which are set out above), if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:


  • The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
  • Rates quoted are in United States Dollars.
  • Rate is for 1 or 2 adults only.
  • Rates are inclusive of 10% Government Tax, 5% Service Charge and 2% Accomodation Taxes.
  • The maximum number of guests per room is 2 adults. An additional rollaway bed or cot may be added depending on the room type and availability. Additional fees may be charged for each additional adult staying in the room.
  • A cash deposit of 50% for each night of stay or a valid credit card is required upon check-in for incidentals in addition to full payment of room and tax.
  • In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.


  • You must be at least 16 years of age to check-in and register for a room.


  • Check-in time for hotel guests begins from 14:00 hours. However, we will make the effort to accommodate any guests arriving prior to the official check-in time, pending room availability. Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure.


  • Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the hotel's front desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.
  • Late check-out can be arranged on request. There is a 50% room rate charge for a 18:00 hours check-out time, and a full room rate charge for check-outs after 18:00 hours.


  • A valid credit card is required for all reservations to secure your reservation.
  • Prior to check-in, an amount corresponding to one night of the total rooms booked will be blocked on your credit card as a guarantee against no-show or late cancellation. This amount will be released at the end of your stay if you decide to pay for it by cash or with another credit card.
  • The Hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay credit cards. Debit Cards are not accepted.
  • Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay.


  • Any cancellations for guaranteed reservations should be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Guaranteed reservations that are canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subjected to a one-night cancellation fee charge. A no-show on the arrival day without a prior cancellation will result in a one-night fee charge.


  • For our guests' safety and security, visitors are not allowed to enter guests' rooms. In the event that a visitor is required to enter a guest room, the visitor must first provide proper identification and be registered with the front desk.
  • Lumiere Hotel is against sex tourism and sex trafficking, and we do not condone such acts within our premises.


  • Lumiere Hotel is against child trafficking and sexual abuse of minors, and we do not condone such acts within our premises.


  • Pets are not allowed on our premises.



  • All rooms at Lumiere Hotel are strictly non-smoking, and there will be a monetary penalty of $50 if guests are found not abiding by our non-smoking policy.


  • All rooms as equipped with an in-room safe for guests to store their valuables and personal items. The Hotel will not be liable for any damages toward or loss of items in guest rooms.


  • Guests are not allowed to remove amenities and facilities from rooms upon check-out. Missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest's account. Please return items to room after use.


  • Front desk staff are able to provide information and arrange for tours for guests. If a guest wishes to cancel a tour arrangement, the front desk staff should be informed at least 24 hours (1 day) prior to the tour in order not to incur any charges. Any cancellations made after this period will incur the full cost of the tour and be borne by the guest.


  • In proceeding with the reservation, you further agree to allow Lumiere Hotel and its agents to collect, use and disclose to any of its related corporations, its agents and its third party service providers (including those outside of Cambodia) your personal data for the purposes of (i) administering, managing and maintaining your customer relationship with us; (ii) Lumiere Hotel and its affiliates complying with any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements, or request or direction of any governmental authority of any relevant jurisdiction; and (iii) other business related purposes of Lumiere Hotel and its affiliates.
  • You may unsubscribe to any such email at any time upon receipt of the said email.
  • No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed. The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
  • No prepared food from sources other than the Hotel's in-room dining services is permitted in the guest rooms.
  • This reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed.


  • By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay.
  • The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
  • The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
  • The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
  • The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
